The course explores the theme of regenerative relationships and interpersonal intelligence through the principles of ecopsychology, inviting participants to consider human connections as living ecosystems. Relationships are understood as complex, interconnected systems in continuous transformation, where every gesture, word, and emotion contributes to the quality of the relational field.
The program is structured in four lessons that address, in turn, ecopsychology’s teachings on ecological relationships, the concepts of interconnection, interdependence, and co-evolution, ecological listening of body, mind, and emotions, active listening techniques, and the management of healthy boundaries. A significant portion is also dedicated to nonviolent communication and daily practices to make communication more conscious, respectful, and regenerative.
Through examples, metaphors drawn from the natural world, and experiential exercises, the course offers practical tools to improve the quality of one’s personal, educational, organizational, and care relationships, promoting a way of relating that nourishes, rather than depletes, people and the contexts in which they operate.
Course structure:
- Lesson 1 – Ecopsychology’s Teachings on Ecological Relationships
- Lesson 2 – Interconnection, Interdependence, Co-evolution, and Ecological Listening (body, mind, emotions)
- Lesson 3 – Active listening techniques and relationship boundaries

At the end of the course, there is a verification quiz to download the certificate of participation.
